Oluokos Signature is known for being remote and sometimes very involved to reach destinations (and always have been well known for this!) As our routine, we’re neatly connected through weekly team meetings, retreats, and regular meet-ups when we’re all available. Our team members are enterprising people, self-motivated, and empowered. With this in mind, we trust each other to get the right work done at the right time.

What are the benefits?

At Oluokos Signature, we believe that everyone deserves a good rest. This is for not only the senior management but also the sales team, our operations, marketing, and the administrative team. Whenever an opportunity presents itself, we do allow them to participate in at least one annual familiarization trip annually.
